Victory’s Vision Returns and Refund Policy
At Victory’s Vision, each product is meticulously designed and produced in limited quantities. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our returns and refund policy below:
1. Right to Return
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. However, returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
• The product has been used, worn, or damaged.
• Original packaging and tags have been removed.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at theroyalpalace@victorys.vision. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed as follows:
• Using the original payment method.
• The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Return Shipping Fees
The return shipping cost will be fully covered by Victory’s Vision. Customers will not incur any additional charges.
5. Special Note
At Victory’s Vision, every product is unique and produced in extremely limited quantities. As a result, restocking is not possible. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
